Digital Marketing Manager

 

Description:

We're looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial, results-focused, all-rounder in digital marketing. You will help BionicGym by leading our online campaigns and coordinating with both our internal team and external agencies to ensure success. Your approach to work is energetic, positive and adaptable. You are curious, comfortable with ambiguity and a quick learner. You are digitally savvy and a team player with a contagious enthusiasm for health, well-being and fitness.

 

THE ROLE

 

At present, our main advertising platforms are Facebook and Instagram with a small presence on LinkedIn, Tiktok and Twitter. Outbound emails are managed through Klaviyo, we use Gorgias for online customer service, Hotjar to understand and improve the online user experience and Google Analytics to understand and improve our campaigns. We use Zapier for workflow automation with Shopify as our ecommerce platform.

 

We work with one external agency to manage our social media campaigns and a second agency to manage our website, along with an in-house content manager and customer service team. We also have several very active user communities on Facebook.

 

Reporting to the COO/CEO you will be:

 

  • Leading across teams, tools and platforms to drive an integrated, coordinated approach to our marketing life-cycle from initial lead generation to conversion before handover to and coordination with Customer Services.
  • Reviewing our approach at each step in the marketing life-cycle to optimise - aligning the team(s) and processes to increase sales and ROAS
  • Coordinating closely with our online marketing agency to ensure that all their campaigns are well designed, on-message, coordinated and impactful, with continuous learning and improvements.
  • Coordinating with our web design and hosting agency to ensure the website is optimised and integrated with the wider campaigns.
  • Coordinating with the inhouse Customer Service team to identify opportunities to improve the marketing process, including liaising with users to identifying user stories #mybionicgym to share with our wider audience.
  • Assessing and expanding use of other platforms esp Google Ads, Tiktok and Youtube
  • Looking at our overall approach and balance across platforms, channels, tools and campaigns to continuously improve and optimise.
  • Developing our own internal systems and processes to support and improve our overall approach to sales and marketing including a CRM system.
