We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and deliver strategic business goals. The perfect candidate must be a creative and energetic person, comfortable with planning, communicating and implementing Digital Marketing Strategy across different platforms. Moreover, you will need to be data oriented, with a focus on producing actions and changes designed to drive demonstrable ROI.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the company’s website.
  • Manage the calendar of digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, e-mail and social media.
  • Maintain the company’s communication in accordance with the brand.
  • Manage social media content on all channels.
  • Create a website traffic plan and set goals and KPIs to achieve.
  • Handle and oversee the digital marketing budget.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO and Google Analytics metrics and generate reports.
  • Stay updated with industry and market trends.
  • Manage relationships with third-party web and digital agencies.
  • Collaborate with advertising and media experts to boost marketing outcomes when needed.
  • Establish and supervise A/B testing protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of similar job experience with demonstrated KPI-driven proficiency in Digital Marketing and eCommerce.
  • Experience managing websites through CMS systems like Magento.
  • Proficient in written and visual content creation, and familiar with various digital platforms, including Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Hootsuite.
  • Strong communication skills, able to create solid working relationships with stakeholders.

These skills will enable the individual to effectively manage their workload, work collaboratively with others, and solve problems that arise within their role.
