Our client, a leading B2B retail manufacturing company based in Kilkenny city are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. This vacancy will suit a creative and energetic person with a passion for interiors and great design.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Prepare, manage and be accountable for the digital marketing budget selected tasks and activities that demonstrate good judgement, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage company website including all images, tools, and content and the Ecommerce spares platform
- Improve Core Web Vitals - (Loading, Interactivity, and Visual Stability) on the company’s website ensuring that all times we adhere to and achieve best practice.
- Create and manage social media content that engages and resonates with target audiences across various channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram in a way that builds engagement and brand equity and positively influences lead generation and demand
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, etc.
- Ensure company appears on brand within our online channel
- Manage social media content across all channels.
- Develop a website traffic plan and creating goals and KPIs to meet.
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Plan and implement activities for improving the quality of online content.
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
- Keep abreast with Bathroom industry and market trends and best practices.
- Manage relationships with third party web and digital agencies.
- Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results when necessary.
- Developing and managing A/B testing protocols and procedures.
- Conduct website analysis and audit to identify areas that need improvement
- Implement best practices for website optimization, including compressing images, minifying code, and leveraging browser caching, among others
- Monitor website performance metrics such as page load speed and bounce rate using Google Analytics and other associated digital packages.
- Manage our e-commerce initiatives and participate in any international expansion plans
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, product, and sales, to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices for Core Web Vitals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role is a must.
- Demonstrable KPI driven experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce.
- Experience with website management through a CMS system such as Magento.
- Content creation (written and visual) and examples of work produced.
- Proficiency with Magento, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Hootsuite required
