Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing content for MQI’s social media channels and managing paid digital fundraising efforts. This role is a key contributor to our overall digital programme.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Strategise, develop, and analyse all MQI’s social media efforts in accordance with fundraising objectives (across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Deploy best practices in copywriting and design to bring our client stories to life and bolster fundraising efforts.
a) Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and other departments within MQI in pursuit of creative and compelling content.
Support MQI’s social media strategy, PPC strategy, and brand strategy.
Manage several digital marketing campaigns throughout the year end-to-end (including fundraising appeals and virtual challenges) .
a) Create strategies for ad campaigns, develop ad collateral, monitor and optimise ads based on budget, and create review documents, taking learnings into future campaigns.
b) Oversee email marketing efforts as they relate to digital fundraising activities.
Support on the development of a new MQI.ie site, assisting on maintaining and updating site content where needed.
Support the relationships with digital marketing suppliers (including web developers, digital agencies) to ensure they are aligned with MQI objectives and deliver to agreed KPIs.
Contribute to a monthly digital dashboard which monitors organic social media and paid digital fundraising efforts.
Work closely with the Donor Care Officer and wider fundraising team on the response from digital fundraising efforts.
Maintain awareness and understanding of relevant developments within the wider homeless and addiction sectors.
Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.
