We are looking for an individual who is passionate about digital marketing to join our client as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Additionally, the successful candidate for this role will have the ability to make data-driven decisions and effectively communicate their recommendations.

The successful candidate will oversee the execution and optimisation of digital campaigns through a mix of paid, organic, and owned media. The objective will be to enhance marketing reach, boost sales leads, and help the company and related brands achieve their revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and oversee PPC, paid social and SEO strategies to increase lead generation across the client's websites.
  • Optimise PPC campaign elements, such as keyword strategy, ad copy, cost per acquisition, and audience targeting, on an ongoing basis.
  • Perform A/B testing across web pages to maximise the account performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and make website changes to improve visibility and drive traffic growth.
  • Provide support to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with the marketing team to create optimised landing pages, and high-quality content with a focus on relevant search terms, as well as keep up to date with SEO and PPC best practices.
  • Monitor, analyse, and use data to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates, and create reports on PPC and SEO activity to show effective ROI to internal stakeholders.
  • Handle planned and impromptu website content changes and updates, ensuring full optimization including tagging, meta descriptions, and such.
  • Collaborate with external web development agencies as required.

Requirements:

  • 3rd level qualification in Marketing, Communications, or another position adequate degree.
  • Professional knowledge of Google Ads and WordPress is crucial.
  • Experience with analytical tools i.e., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush.
  • Strong skills in digital data analysis and reporting, with a comprehensive understanding of success metrics.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry, specifically insurance, will be desirable.
