IN A NUTSHELL
This is a hands-on, all-rounder type of marketing role for someone with 3+ years of marketing experience in an agency or in-house.
If you know how to run a PPC campaign from start to finish, deep dive into Google Analytics, grow a follower base, design effective SEO strategies, and create TikToks and Reels that bring home the likes, we’d love to talk to you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically plan and execute paid advertising initiatives on various platforms (e.g. PPC, AdWords, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Advertising).
- Google Analytics reporting and data analysis.
- Social media management, including content creation, caption writing, planning and optimising posts to deliver the best results, as well as growing follower bases across various platforms.
- Plan, shoot and edit mobile videos in line with social platform trends and formats.
- Knowledgeable about industry trends and able to advise on social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Strategise, research and write effective SEO content and deliver results to help better position our brand and our client’s brands. Keyword research and SEO audits will be required.
- Understanding of key digital influencers with an interest in building relationship with brand advocates and content creators.
- Design-led approach to content that is curated and in line with different brands and their audiences.
- Own and deliver regular reports of campaign results, including evaluation of KPIs.
- Collect and use market insights and data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of an effective short- and long-term marketing plan internally and for clients, including the mapping of marketing activities.
- Assist in the ideation and execution of events, both online and in-person, including the planning and management of guests, invites, and logistics.
- Assisting in the creation of brand awareness initiatives, such as networking or speaking opportunities (podcasts, conferences, radio etc.).
- Assistance in the creation of submissions for industry awards, as well as research and database management.
- A good communicator with strong written skills.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in an agency or in-house, with proven results of designing and delivering digital campaigns that support wider business objectives
- BS/MS degree in marketing/digital marketing or a related field
- Digital and social media advertising experience (certification/qualifications necessary)
- Experience with curating engaging social media platforms, with a solid background in brand-building and paid advertising on AdWords, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
- Social media savvy across all platforms including TikTok.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing for lead generation via paid and organic mediums.
- Basic understanding of WordPress and website UX.
- An understanding of the utilisation of websites and the importance of the user journey.
- Hands-on experience using data as a driver of action for Google Analytics, Google Adwords/LinkedIn campaign manager.
- A creative thinker with the ability to successfully prioritise multiple campaigns/activities running concurrently.
- A can-do approach and a strong team player who can work collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders.
- The ability to work to work remotely and collaboratively, and work to tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- A keen understanding of digital trends and their potential impact on current and future marketing plans.
