Our team is currently seeking a skilled Digital Performance Specialist to join the team of one of the largest financial institutions with an extensive presence in various financial services markets. With a legacy spanning over 75 years, they have been instrumental in providing essential services such as life insurance, pension, investment, and health insurance.

As the Digital Performance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the digital marketing campaigns and ensure optimal customer acquisition and engagement. Your focus will be on direct response activities, and you will work closely with different teams across the organization and external agencies to create and implement campaigns that maximize our digital marketing ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that are aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage the performance of Direct Response initiatives across various channels such as PPC, display, and social media to maximize ROI.
  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing stakeholders with updates and recommending adjustments where necessary.
  • Support other digital marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, content marketing, and SEO, while exploring additional opportunities such as webinars and social media content.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing for direct response, social media, and PPC to enhance the performance of our digital assets.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance essential performance metrics like conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement rates across these channels.

Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing or another closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns and monitoring performance across various channels.
  • Background in agency management or an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and/or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Desired experience in implementing A/B testing and other optimization tactics for direct response, social media, and PPC channels.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO and CMS is an advantage.
