Our digital team is hiring for a Digital Studio Administrator. This role will be supporting the Studio & Styling Lead on the day- to-day running of the studio along with any admin duties. Organisation is a key element of this role. This position is based in our Photostudio located in Park West, Dublin. You will work with stylists, photographers, models and the wider Digital team to ensure visual quality and consistency across all imagery & maintain efficiencies across studio. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Studio & Styling lead on the day-to-day running’s of studio by carrying out any ad-hoc duties that are necessary.
- Managing of studio processes including; Core wardrobe & Wear it with process, Damages management, Store & DC transfers process and the quality control of daily PDF’s/folders.
- Monitor delivery schedules in order to ensure stock is being allocated to the studio for shooting & ensuring daily predictions are scannable followed by manually transferring items into sample manager system.
- To ensure excellent knowledge of the Brown Thomas & Arnotts Style Guides in order to maintain visual quality and consistency along with maintaining an understanding of trends and utilise this knowledge to execute elevated and informed looks.
- Assisting the Studio Lead in the up-keep of Style Guides for Ready to Wear and Stills to ensure product is shot consistently to these guidelines.
- To maintain efficiencies in the studios and ensure Senior Stylists and Styling Management receives scheduled updates on what is happening in the studio. Work with Senior Stylists to ensure all product is prepped for the shoot within the agreed timelines.
- Support on set planning & product allocation. You will support the Styling Lead to implement & interpret the Brown Thomas Arnotts creative vision through supporting the overseeing of rail planning & QC of PDF’s along with working closely with the senior stylists to achieve high standards of styling and imagery.
- Liaising with both buyers and/or store teams on photo studio requests – Organising taxis/priority stock movement.
- Responsible for dealing with image queries effectively and efficiently from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support product movement within the Photo Studio, working closely with the studio Production & Styling teams to maintain studio capacity, SLAs & KPI’s. To maintain and encourage a positive ‘can do’ atmosphere in the studio which is conducive to high production levels and excellent quality of work.
