Description:

• Define strategy for a security champions program that ensures strategic alignment between the cybersecurity organization and the cross-Enterprise development units. Ensure execution of this strategy to make a tangible difference to risk reduction and development speed to market.

• Support the creation and delivery of hands-on application security training

• Build out a scalable framework for providing technical guidance to development teams to help enable them to build secure code at an increased time to market

• A key focus of the team will be to enable secure development using emerging Web3 technologies through the initiatives listed above

• Provide leadership & associate development to a team with varied levels of experience.

• Develop and formalize career development strategies, including training, grade levels, career path and individual goals for team members.

• Foster a collaborative team-oriented environment that results in high quality, consistent and efficient work produced.

• Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for team related issues and drive them to speedy resolution.

• Perform data analysis of available data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement of processes, including the identification of components that could be automated and streamlined.

• Collaborate with internal ECS teams, including Application Security Tools, Vulnerability Remediation, Penetration Testing, Pre-Release Assessment to drive efficiency of processes, using results of data analysis to drive innovation.

• Define reporting templates, including technical writing standards, to ensure consistency across teams.

• Define and implement a Playbook to drive continuous improvement.

• Define and report metrics on plays and impact of continued improvement.

• Assist in providing bi-weekly metrics and ad hoc reports as needed by management.
