Position Summary
As the Director, Demand Generation you will lead demand generation for our NA and LATAM theaters and support our APCJ and EMEA marketing teams. You will partner closely with our field marketing leaders to drive cohesive marketing plans and engagements, ensuring that we’re optimizing our portfolio go-to-market activities at scale.
You will be responsible for leading strategy and execution for our email and nurture programs, webinars, and content syndication, ensuring that we take a customer-first approach towards engaging our prospects and existing customers. We are looking for someone who can work cross-functionally across our product marketing, solutions marketing, and field marketing teams to ensure we’re prioritizing the right activities and aligning on our quarterly and annual plans, targets, and results. Finally, you will partner closely with our BDR organization to support demand operations, ensuring that the BDRs are aware of our marketing calendar, are optimizing sequences, and sharing feedback on marketing programs, messaging, and content.
This is a player-coach role and will be responsible for both strategy and execution. You will lead a small team with the potential to grow upon demonstrating impact.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Build and execute email marketing, nurture, webinar, and content syndication programs for NA and LATAM theaters while supporting APCJ and EMEA as required
Drive best practices across our demand generation programs across all theaters ensuring that we prioritize a customer-first approach
Partner closely with marketing operations, product marketing, and solutions marketing to continually refine audiences and personas for outbound marketing
Support continual testing of new messaging, content, and offers to determine what is and isn’t converting across our portfolio
Source and manage vendors for lead generation activities
Lead interlock with our BDR team to align on the campaign calendar, sequences, and feedback on marketing content and programs
Collaborate with marketing operations to continually refine our lead scoring, lead management, and marketing database activities
Analyze demand generation performance and build insights to build narrative around marketing impact on pipeline, leads generated, and optimize budgeting
Monitor competitors’ demand generation tactics and content, and maintain targets and benchmarking metrics
Mentor and recruit demand generation team
Education and Experience:
BA/BS in business or technical discipline; MBA is a plus
7+ years experience in demand generation or growth marketing in enterprise SaaS
2+ years leading and mentoring high-performing demand generation teams
Highly experienced at enterprise B2B email and lifecycle marketing, webinars, content syndication, and other demand generation programs
Exceptional understanding of the SaaS demand journey tied to quantifiable metrics
Demonstrable experience analyzing marketing data, driving insights from performance, and rapidly iterating on results
Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization and build rapport with field marketing, marketing operations, content marketing, and product/solutions marketing partners
Experience partnering closely with BDR/SDR and field sales organizations
Proficiency in Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot, and hands-on experience in Salesforce
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with cross-functional stakeholders
International marketing experience (APCJ, EMEA) nice to have
