We are seeking a Director of Digital Media for a top global advisory firm in Dublin, this role with involve 25% travel and top package on offer.
You will have experience in developing digital and social strategy for existing client campaigns and projects, as well as new business proposals and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Shaping and executing digital strategies for omni-channel campaigns that benefit clients and help them reach their business objectives.
- Reviewing a client brief or new business proposal, our digital strategist would be tasked with responding with an insight led campaign concept or direction that could be executed by the studio team.
- Identifying and nurturing opportunities for growth and creativity.
- Work closely with all areas of the business internationally to spot opportunities to grow the digital creative footprint and help deliver measurable ROI to existing clients.
- Leverage your expert knowledge of how regulated industries, including business to business and corporate communications, can actively operate within a digital campaigning space without fear of recompense.
- Oversee, lead and participate in client digital strategy sessions, pitches and proposals.
- Designing and running training workshops to apply your expertise to upskill the entire team.
- Evaluate emerging trends and technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for implementing when appropriate.
- Ongoing client advisory and strategic liaison Day-to-day client and internal communication.
- Oversee, encourage and mentor junior team members.
- Assist in pitching Digital campaigning as part of new business opportunities as well as existing remits.
Your Experience
- Relevant Degree in Digital Marketing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a creative agency or consulting firm.
- Business development and corporate communications experience is essential.
- Experience developing website and on-site content strategy.
- Experience working with and briefing media buying agencies.
- Experience analysing social listening reports and briefing social listening analysts.
- Proven ability as a digital strategic lead on accounts/projects and in gaining client confidence.
- Proven capability of working with global clients.
- Demonstrated history of successfully designing and executing digital strategies and campaigns.
