Dutch Collections Specialist

Join PayPal as a Collections Specialist, you will be supporting Dutch speaking customers mainly. Provide guidance, education, and empathetic support to customers facing payment difficulties. Above all, your unwavering commitment to putting the customer first will be the driving force behind every interaction.

You will have access to a range of Forbearance Options that allow you to customise solutions tailored to their individual needs. Your ability to assess each customer's unique situation will play a pivotal role in offering them appropriate assistance and empowering them to regain control of their finances.

Your Day to Day:

• Reach out to customers via an automated Dialler system and email transmission to negotiate repayment solutions for their accounts with the aim to bring them back into good standing.
• Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting production and quality goals.
• Educate customers on different forbearance options available and relevant impact to Credit Bureaus.
• Display initiative to take on additional responsibilities geared towards professional growth and development.
• Ensure quality and “right customer outcome” is upheld for every customer contact.
• Construct individually tailored solutions while being in compliance with FCA guidelines (TCF, Vulnerable customers etc)

What you need to bring:

• Fluency in Dutch and English.

• Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers.
• Have a passion for helping and resolving customer issues.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment which requires flexibility.
• Call centre environment experience is advantageous but not essential.
• This is an entry level role, so no previous experience is necessary, but the ability to learn and adapt to new ways of working is!
