Early Years Teacher

Requirements

·Minimum Level 5 qualification in Childcare

·Level 7 or 8 is advantageous

·First Aid trained, training provided

-fire safety training, training provided

-Children first certificate

-Haccp certificate, training provided

Have a good understanding of the preschool regulations, Aistear curriculum and Siolta framework.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

·Manage, the day to day running’s of your designated room/work space, from managing curriculum plans, to following up on observations, maybe occasionally, filling in, HSE reports, for children with additional needs, amongst other Covid-19 policies now in place, cleaning procedures etc.

Supporting Teachers, Behaviour Management, Learning support, be great at getting down and messy with your play
