Ecommerce Content Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support Ecommerce and marketing strategies, as well as troubleshoot complex Ecommerce issues.
• Collaborate with partners to identify areas for optimisation.
• Understand and manage Ecommerce data organisation and relationships, including store catalogues and custom product configurations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams to design successful new product launch and email marketing campaigns.
• Work in partnership with the Brand and Digital Teams to optimise content to improve organic search rank and conversion.
• Manage existing content as well as work in partnership with external agencies on new features and manage their life-cycle from ideation to launch.
• Anticipate changes to the digital ecosystem and drive organisational learning cross-functionally.m

Requirements:

• Well-rounded experience and demonstrated success managing a direct to consumer website.
• Experience working with Shopify or Amazon an advantage.
• Experience in HTML/CSS an advantage.
• Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and web-based applications.
• German language an advantage but not essential.
