Description:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and innovative Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will sit in our Education Department and will have the opportunity to deliver national and award-winning educational programmes across a wide range of subject areas including business, careers, skills development, health, arts, and environment.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to cultivate a culture of entrepreneurship within schools and colleges. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners, and facilitating effective communication with educational institutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for business and entrepreneurship, and the ability to inspire and support schools throughout their programme journey.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and support.
· School Liaison: Collaborate with post-primary schools and colleges, understanding their unique needs and facilitating the integration the programme into their curriculum.
· Programme planning and development, including managing project budgets and timelines, developing educational content and resources in relevant subject areas, and liaising with and managing suppliers.
· Program Coordination: Organise and coordinate workshops, events, and activities aimed at fostering entrepreneurial skills among students.
· Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to program implementation, ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting.
· Communications: Develop and/or manage communication campaigns including targeted emails, large scale mail outs, and calls
· Passion for Entrepreneurship: Demonstrate enthusiasm for the world of business and entrepreneurship, inspiring students to unleash their creativity and innovation.
The Ideal Candidate
· An extremely motivated self-starter with a high level of personal interest in the work of Real Nation
· A confident, effective, and excellent communicator. Experience of liaison with stakeholders such as teachers, students, and suppliers would be advantageous.
· Excellent organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail
· Flexible and adaptive to the specific needs of the role and the project
· Experience using Microsoft Excel for data recording, analysis, and reporting.
· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
· The ability to work independently and take a proactive approach to work.
· Someone who thrives in a busy environment.
Would be advantageous:
· 2-3 years’ experience in project coordination and administration (ideally timelines and budget management) or a related field
· A qualification in communications, marketing, education, psychology, or project/business management
· Experience with client, stakeholder, and supplier liaison
· Experience of digital/social media marketing
