A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
The eHealth team in the SSWHG includes responsibility for core business and clinical applications in the region. Our remit is to ensure the systems used in healthcare delivery in this area enable reliable, joined-up, safe and effective services. We engage and empower our staff, sharing best practice and strengthening relationships with our partners and patients to achieve our Mission
Our team work in cohesion and partnership with the shared services teams provided by national eHealth and Disruptive Technologies division of the HSE.
The purpose of the post is to assess demand and opportunities to optimise patient experience and care in the South/South West Hospital Group. The role involves redesigning pathways and journeys to deliver the right care, at the right place at the right time. In this exciting new role you will be part of a regional and national team delivering integrated care models and solutions to reform and reimagine healthcare in Ireland. This post offers the opportunity to innovate and be creative ensuring a good fit and sustainable model for eHealth in the region to optimise outcomes for patients and those who care for them in our service.
