Electrical Field Service Engineer

What We’re Looking For
 

• Education: Minimum of ONC or HNC level or above in Electronics, Mechatronics or another relevant technical discipline
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience repairing industrial electronic equipment
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Accredited calibration experience highly desirable
• Demonstrate a strong background working in a field service or technical support role gained within a high value electrical capital equipment environment
• Experience in a wide range of electrical and electronic sectors including pharmaceutical, medical and laboratory autoclaves, sterilisation systems, washer disinfectors, incubators and a range of laboratory equipment. However, we also consider candidates coming from other industries if they are open to be trained and bring solid electronics maintenance experience
• Excellent communication and customer facing skills are a must
• Interacts well with all associates, management, clients and suppliers
• Flexibility regarding movement to different client sites
• Technical writing skills
• Knowledge in electronic measurement, science and statistics
• IT Literate – competent with MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes, SAP
• Full clean driving licence
