Employee Benefits Consultant

Employee Benefit Consultants with brokerage experience advising (or assisting advising) on benefits products from multiple providers to clients – this one is for you.

 

 

We, here at Search Talent Recruitment, have been instructed by the Talent Acquisition Team for an outstanding global business consultancy firm with offices all across the globe to seek out a employee benefits consultant to join their fast-growing team in South Dublin.

 

The salary is in the range of €60-70k and this role is ideally for someone who has a great interest in advising companies on the best employee benefits for their employees. This is a permanent position based in South Dublin with 3 days per week in office. The main responsibilities include:

 

  • Proactively manage an existing portfolio of clients, and,
  • Generate new business revenue by winning brand new clients for the brokerage.

 

About You:

 

  • You are QFA qualified (and preferably with more qualifications) and able to attend the office in South Dublin 3 days a week
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a employee benefits consultant or in a similar role, to include Pension, Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance (PMI), albeit PMI not essential to this role.
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Self-starter highly motivated by their own success
  • Must be able to work in a target driven environment
  • Strong benefits products and providers knowledge and experience – ideally experience working with multiple benefits suppliers.
