We are seeking an organised, analytical, and detail orientated Employee Relations Administrator to join our Employee Relations team. The Employee Relations Administrator will be responsible for administrative support in all employee relations and employment law matters. We are looking for someone who can effectively support the Employee Relations team to ensure smooth operations and great customer service to our business partners. The Employee Relations Administrator will report directly to the Employment Law Manager.
Your Tasks

  • Taking minutes at investigations as required
  • Provide reports on employment law statistics
  • Preparing and writing HR letters
  • Reviewing and checking investigation reports
  • File management – create chronological filing system
  • Maintenance of PO’s, invoices and accruals for the Employee Relations team
  • Sending of documents to the company solicitor
  • Prepare witness bundles as required for Consultations / WRC hearings
  • Co-ordinate consultation meetings
  • Update records with case law / learnings
  • General administration for the Employee Relations team

Your Profile

  • Interest in HR and particularly in employment law (IE & NE)
  • Passionate about performing administration tasks effectively, efficiently and to a high standard
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines
  • Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and develop
  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Previous experience in employment law is beneficial but not essential
