Employee Relations Requirements:
- Proven consulting expertise in senior ER or HR business partner roles with a focus on Employee Relations.
- Successful history of independently handling investigations, performance and probation management, and disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Familiarity with implementing Employee Relations protocols in Ireland.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.

- Robust awareness of risk factors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently lead investigations into grievances, disciplinary, and formal procedures, working with line managers to address issues related to performance and probation.
- Provide specialized advice to HR colleagues and managers on matters about Employee Relations (ER) and policies.
- Oversee the application process for flexible working arrangements.
- Collaborate with the policy lead to revise HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational needs, legislation, and best practices.
- Work in partnership with the Employee Relations Manager and global partners on ER programs, initiatives, and projects.
- Support internal counsel in the management of employee litigation matters.
- Efficiently manage requests related to access to personal data.
- Take charge of managing medical accommodations, including conducting risk assessments and making necessary adjustments.
- Conduct training sessions for managers on policies and procedures related to Employee Relations.
