We have an exciting opportunity for an employment solicitor to join our Employment Team in Cork or Galway. The team comprises a highly regarded group of lawyers spread across our 3 offices in Cork, Dublin and Galway with diverse skill sets and levels of experience. We share a passion for delivering timely, practical, and commercial advice and solutions to the legal issues faced by our clients. Acting for a broad mix of Irish, international, private, and public sector clients, the RDJ Employment Team advises on all areas of employment law including talent acquisition; grievance and disciplinary issues; TUPE issues and WRC claims. Our employment team works closely with other specialist units within the firm to offer coordinated legal advice on areas such as tax, corporate, data privacy and a range of regulatory areas.

The successful candidate will join a busy team and will gain further experience in all forms of employment law.

Background and experience:

Solicitors with 2-4 years of employment law advisory and contentious experience in a leading Irish or international corporate law firm are encouraged to apply.
