Vacancies have arisen within the Wafer Fab area for an on-shift Engineering Team Co-Ordinator supporting the following key Operational and Business goals of the Fab in accordance with the operating principles of Safety, Quality, Output and Value for Money. The role involves working as a technical contributor, driving continuous improvement for existing volume manufacturing processes, layers & tools in an area. Working with equipment and manufacturing groups to achieve this.

• Yield Management on shift

• Cycle Time Reduction & Management

• New Product Release

• Key Project Implementation
• Provide 1st level engineering support for Wafer Fab on shift as directed by Workcentre Eng or Eng Shift Supervisor
• Continuity of Engineering function across shift
• Support Business/Operational metrics by minimising ‘held’ lots
• Support the manufacturing operation on shift
• DCD signoff
• Reaction to OOC & process excursions
• Good decision-making skills
