English Teacher

Description:

Englishland is looking for EFL Teachers who are enthusiastic about working with people in an energetic and dynamic environment.

Based in Padova, near Venice in Italy, we are a private English academy, who offer English lessons to children (predominantly), young people and adults. We also organize trips abroad, events and activities for families and summer camps. All projects allow children and adults to learn essential communication skills through interaction with native speakers and by full immersion in the English language. As a result, we are looking for cheerful and outgoing candidates who have a passion for working with people.

As a member of staff, you will be part of an international team and will be able to gain a large number of transferable skills that will benefit you in the future. Additionally, as the academy is situated in the Veneto region of Italy, you are within easy travel distance of many major cities like Venice (20 minute train journey away).

We are looking for somebody who is willing to start working with us for an extended period of time as soon as possible!

Requirements:

· University degree

· CELTA certificate is preferable to TEFL certificate

· Teaching experience with children and adults (Preferable)

· Experience in classroom management

· Experience in theatre

It is not essential that candidates speak Italian.

We are offering a six-month work experience, if you are successful in the role you will be offered a longer contract.
