Enterprise Network Architect

Description:

I'm working with a global Business Consulting firm. They have an office in Dublin and they're seeking to hire a Network Architect who will join their Enterprise Networking Team. To perform well in this role, the successful candidate will need to hold deep knowledge of both current and legacy networking technologies, cloud networking solutions, have troubleshooting skills and the ability to operate efficiently.

You will work together with teams including Cloud Architects, Information Security, and Service Delivery to develop network architectures through automation at times. You can expect to face opportunities for career development as well as development of your technical skillset.

• Research and analysis to outline the client's needs regarding global cloud and on-prem networks
• Conducting research and recommending products and services, supporting network technology procurement and development efforts
• Developing network focused strategies through collaborating with team members and leaders
• Creating and maintaining documents related to network architecture and device configuration
• Experience with interworking routing protocols and technologies with demonstrated ability to architect on a global scale
• 4+ years of cloud infrastructure as code, deploying through AWS Cloud Formation and other DevOps practices
