• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and amendments with clients and subcontractors,
• Manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and subcontractor contracts for various activities.
• Ensure contract compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors based on performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee subcontractor performance for quality service delivery.
• Manage supply chain risk and governance processes.
