As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will have the chance to leverage your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse individuals globally. Here, you will make a difference by:
- Supporting production equipment within a medical device healthcare setting
- Diagnosing and rectifying failures in automated electro/mechanical equipment
- Scheduling and executing preventative maintenance tasks through PEMAC
- Maintaining accurate and current maintenance records
- Proactively ensuring production meets performance targets
- Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices & Good Documentation Practices
- Assisting Engineering projects and spearheading maintenance group tasks
- Prioritizing Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Skills and Expertise:
To excel in this role from day one, the following qualifications at a minimum:
- Certificate/Diploma/Senior Trades in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical role within the medical device or related industry
- Mechanical expertise within an automated manufacturing environment
- Proficient troubleshooting/problem-solving skills and analytical approaches
- Flexibility to work varying shift patterns as necessitated by business demands
