We are currently seeking to hire an ESG Reporting & Assurance Director for a permanent opportunity, based in Dublin.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Director to join our team and assist in providing large corporate companies in various sectors with assurance over a wide variety of topics.

The scope of this ESG Reporting & Assurance role will include: emissions of greenhouse gases (GHGs), waste, water, community investment, sustainable supply chains, health and safety (H&S), diversity, the gender pay gap, responsible investing, etc.

From a brand-new and exciting assurance hub, you will be in charge of managing these assurance engagements. Additionally, you will have the chance to advise non-assurance clients on ESG reporting matters.

• Experience of leading and developing teams, managing budgets, strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to alter competing priorities
• Proven experience in a sustainability/environmental related field, including experience of delivering and managing sustainability assurance engagements for large clients under ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3410
• Experience of working directly with and reporting to senior client stakeholders, including being able to identify and resolve issues directly with clients, or escalate as appropriate.
• Experienced in review and development of Audit/Assurance working papers
• Strong understanding of industry reporting frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Guidelines, TCFD and the GHG Protocol
• Inquisitive mind with a strong passion for sustainability and ESG issues
• An ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals both internally and externally
• Focus on delivering high quality work whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Bring an innovative mind-set and an appetite to keep well-informed and across accelerating developments in the ESG reporting and regulatory space.
