Executive Assistant

 

Description:

We are working with a Private Equity platform in Dublin who are looking to hire an experienced and efficient Executive Assistant to join its Dublin-based Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

 

Efficient day-to-day management of the Dublin office, tasks will include:

  • General management of office sub-contractors and billing arrangements (cleaners, water, electricity, licencing, insurance).
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangement for the Team.
  • Booking Team members’ flights, accommodation, conference tickets etc.
  • Organizing events such as the annual Investor Day and quarterly Strategy Day, including booking hotels and venues, dinners locations etc.
  • When requested, attending Team meetings and taking detailed, accurate minutes.
  • Assisting with new Team members’ IT and onboarding.
  • General administration and company secretarial tasks.

 

Requirements:

 

  • [Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred]
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
