Description:

Experis have partnered with a Global Tech Client in Dublin looking to recruit for an Executive Administrative Assistant on an initial 9 month contract (scope for further extensions).

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
  • Calendar Management.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
  • Event Management.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Booking travel and submitting expenses.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

 

Key Experience Required:

 

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar Executive Assistant/Administration role.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and effective time management.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
