Applications are warmly welcomed for two Executive Officer positions in Human Resources. The purpose of the role is to set up new employees on the HR software system and administer changes to pay, terms and conditions, leave and benefits for the University’s staff. The role will also carry out administrative tasks related to leavers, and any other movement of staff or changes of details to personnel records. The role will have specific responsibility for administration of sections of the university’s staffing mainly on fortnightly payroll and support with other payroll areas as required.
