Experience Studio Program Lead

In a constantly evolving innovation environment, we have an exciting opportunity for an Experience Program Lead to join The Dock, Accenture’s Global Center for Innovation.

This person will lead the development of a portfolio of immersive experiences, across locations, that showcases Accenture’s latest thinking on diverse topics to engage today’s business leaders; from sustainability to the future of retail and other industries.

This is an opportunity to drive and lead a complex program of work, collaborating with some of the most innovative minds from across Innovation, elevating client experience globally, driving value for Accenture and our clients

As the Program Lead, you will:

• Run demand for immersive experiences and prioritize the portfolio with the Innovation Experience Director
• Work in partnership with the operations manager to get projects resourced, briefed and delivered to a high standard
• Identify, design, and deliver a program of activities that empower innovation teams across the network to standardize and elevate the delivery of client experience.
• Bring clear, insightful thinking to all projects, guided by the forward-looking perspectives of the senior leaders you work with
• Write and deliver briefs that are clear and directive, aligning and instructing collaborators on what is required of them (e.g. content contributors, creative agencies, etc.)
• Champion the quality and standardisation of our immersive experiences across Accenture

Desired Requirements & Skills:

• 5+ years’ program management experience, leading complex projects in fast-paced environments

Strong business insight – with experience working with B2B / technology companies

• Strong collaborator management and communication experience

Experience working and managing creative teams

• Experienced using Microsoft packages – in particular Powerpoint
