Experienced Claims Handler

 

Description:

Overall, this role requires a strong understanding of compliance regulations, experience in claims handling or auditing, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain compliance across all departments.

 

Day to day:

  • thorough evaluations of claims calls and files according to the client’s audit templates.
  • and report findings, providing recommendations for efficiency and best practices.
  • and report on errors, breaches, and customer complaints, collaborating with the team to implement remedial actions.
  • up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and assist in policy and procedure updates.
  • with internal audits, insurer audits, and data protection queries.
  • to the development of compliance-related training programs.

 

Your profile

  • Qualification in Compliance, Irish Law, Data Protection, or related field.
  • Experience in Claims Handling, Compliance, Audit, or similar roles within the insurance industry.
