Experienced Personal Lines Underwriter

This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time permanent position, where you'll have the chance to directly report to the Underwriter Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of underwriting experience, in Personal Lines.

Responsibilities:

As a Personal Lines Underwriter, you will be an integral part of the Underwriting team, serving as a central point of contact for all broker queries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Addressing day-to-day queries from our nationwide panel of approximately 500 brokers.
• Regularly reviewing pricing and rating structures to maintain consistency and competitiveness in the market.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with brokers to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and support.
• Handling quotes, mid-term adjustments, and renewals efficiently through both phone and email channels.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 3 strong years of underwriting experience in motor and/or home insurance.
• APA qualification is a must
• Strong market awareness and the ability to independently manage workload and take initiative.
