Our Client is a leading charity operating across Ireland supporting some of the most marginalized individuals, couples, and families experiencing Homelessness.
Currently Hiring an experienced Facilities Group Manager for their Dublin Operation. Full time 35 hours per week – we are open to Permanent Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and/or coordinate the efficient administration of property development and renovations, including the requirements for planning and feasibility studies.
- Examine the spaces and assets to ascertain whether they require maintenance or renovations.
- Coordinate the Facilities departments yearly plans, goals, spending, and budgets.
- Oversee a range of contractors, including those for cleaning, security, garbage disposal, maintenance, food, and reception.
- Examine and evaluate property surveys, such as building, engineer and QS reports, in collaboration with the operational facilities managers for Dublin and Cork.
Requirements
- It is preferred to have relevant professional qualifications in property and facilities management.
- It is necessary to have a diploma or degree in business, management, engineering, surveying, accounting, or a related field.
- Three years minimum of comparable experience as a facilities manager.
- A track record of success in assembling the right experts to build, renovate, and manage a property portfolio.
- The capacity to manage time successfully and prioritize various tasks.
