Description:
Visit restaurants, represent Just Eat takeaway and convince restaurants of the benefits of our joining our platform to increase restaurant acquisition within an assigned region.
- Constantly search for new business opportunities (leads) in the field
- Promote additional products and services
- Support existing restaurants in solve (operational) issues which could not be solved remotely
- Support visits to restaurants who are changing owner
- Analyse restaurant needs with the goal of improving our offer
- Proactively participate in Sales meetings
- Facilitate team work with the Inside Sales Assistant (tandem partner) with the aim to achieve optimum results
- Report of Sales performance via CRM system
- Support in occasional projects within or outside the assigned region
- Monitor and give feedback on competition's activity
- Report business expenses and business trips in accordance with company rule
- Sign and activate an agreed number of new restaurant partners in line with budget.
Required Skills
And Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent and experience in sales (+2 years)
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven record of personal quota
- Experience working with CRM system
- Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Self motivated and driven
