Within this department, the Query function is dedicated to managing and resolving queries for our member retail operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Month-End Reconciliation: Reconcile customer (member) remittances at month-end.
- Supplier Query Resolution: Address and resolve a variety of supplier-related queries submitted by our member shops.
- Warehouse Operations Support: Assist with queries related to our extensive warehouse operations in Naas.
- Member Reports: Prepare reports for senior management.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in various ad-hoc projects and tasks within the Finance Department.
- Year-End Audit Assistance: Support the year-end audit process.
Skills Required
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- ERP System Experience: Familiarity with using an ERP system.
- Communication Skills: Good telephone manner.
- Accounts Experience: Previous experience in accounts or IATI qualification.
- Positive Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
