Duties: Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a hands-on experienced Finance professional for its Supply Chain Finance team. Key Responsibilities:
Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:
- Understand all cost drivers in order to provide accurate and challenging budgets and forecast
- Track and monitor financial performance by analysing actual results and comparing to budget or forecast, providing variance analysis and business insights to management.
- Perform deep dive analyses on root cause of issues and make recommendations on resolution of issues.
- Compile weekly/monthly reporting of KPIs and other metrics and present in real time actionable format;
- Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify improvement opportunities, minimize risk, and protect continuity of supply;
- Coordinate activities with corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial results and other financial closing activities;
Direct Business Partnering:
- Develop and leverage relationships with Procurement and Corporate functions to achieve product cost and related finance KPIs and goals;
- Provide meaningful insight and recommendations to management;
- Be a trusted advisor and expert to the Procurement and Product Costing teams and others, providing support to find common ground solutions that satisfy the needs of multiple stakeholders;
- Identify and lead productivity, process, and continuous improvement activities;
Decision Support:
- Articulate actionable data-driven insights by leveraging BI tools and storytelling techniques
- Use business intelligence tools and data analytics to influence others and drive decision making
- Formulate innovative ideas and map steps that will clearly accelerate the organization towards its goals
- Participate in function or career development training and develop new skills essential to the future of Supply Chain Finance

Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience, MBA a plus Financial acumen, demonstrated experience problem solving with analytical thinking, and history of business partnership
- 3+ years’ experience, preferably performing supply chain or manufacturing analysis
- SAP experience preferred, advanced
- Excel skills required BI experience a plus (Power BI, Planning Analytics or MicroStrategy, etc.) Procurement, Product Costing or Manufacturing and plant experience a plus
