Finance Manager

Our clients, a multi-national firm in West Dublin, are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join their Finance team. This will be a busy and dynamic role, requiring a candidate with team management experience. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing business with career advancement opportunities.

• Statutory Reporting, Cash Flow, Tax, Audit, Compliance
• Intellectual Property, Loans, Banking, FX, Payments, AP, AR (2 people reporting – AP & AR)
• Accounting, Leases
• Managing all aspects of the P&L and Balance Sheet
• Ensuring SOX controls are maintained over these areas
• Preparation and reporting of Monthly results to US Head office
• Preparation of monthly reports for local management
• Other ad hoc requests
• Professional Accounting Qualification
• Good working knowledge of accounting software packages required – Peoplesoft, SAP, HFM
• Practice trained with industry experience preferred, but not essential
• Must have experience of supervising a team, and reviewing work
• Multi-national reporting experience a must.
• Ability to work positively and collaboratively
• Ability to balance different stakeholder needs and to find a positive solution.
• Maintain quality of financial reporting with a right-first-time approach
