An exciting opportunity has become available in our European Finance team! Grow your career with us as a Co-Manufacturing (Co-Man) Finance Manager is responsible for leading all elements of budgeting, forecasting and innovation costing for the $150m Co-Manufacturing operation.
The role is critical in partnering and challenging with the Co-Man Account Managers and Director to ensure strategic financial objectives are achieved.
You will take part in strategic sourcing analysis, ‘make vs. buy’ decisions and contract negotiations.

In your role as a Finance Manager, Co-Manufacturing, you will help Kellogg to grow our business, to create great products, and build on our success:
- Financial Controller for Cereal & Snacks Co-Manufacturers in Europe.
- Business partnering with the Co-Manufacturing Director & Account Managers by providing insights and guidance; leading cross-functional understanding and decision-making relating to all operational and financial related issues.
- Leading the end of the month closing process, financial forecast, and the development of the annual budget including the creation of sku level frozen cost standards.
- Leading the monthly variance analysis review, while identifying and communicating risks and opportunities to future performance and leading in mitigation planning to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Driving process improvements in budgeting, forecasting and reporting with the goal of improving understanding of the key cost pressures within the Co-Man production environment.
- Responsible for implementation of savings pipeline tracker, involved in target setting and tracking actual savings v latest estimates.
- Implementation of/adherence to key control measures to ensure a robust reporting system, incl. S404 compliance.
- Single point of contact for all innovation & reformulation costings, evaluating projects to underpin delivery of Budget savings commitments for the Co-Man network.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Educated to degree level or MBA in Finance/accountancy qualification and at least 4/5 years of related finance experience.
- Previous experience within supply chain and manufacturing an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Great influencing, analytical and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills: ability to work well with others in a team environment, work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and develop relationship at multiple levels
- Fluent English – verbal and written
- Experience in Finance, ideally within a FMCG Multinational corporation
- Driven and Proactive, good communication skills (oral and written), superior analytical skills, excellent knowledge of excel. Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
