Description:
The Ireland Finance Manager will play a lead role in working across all the levers of the value chain to drive the financial growth model and deliver the business results while ensuring we operate within the appropriate control environment.
Responsibilities
The key elements they will be involved with are:
- Support the overall performance management agenda for the relevant Business Unit, working closely with both the Customer Development and Marketing team to drive performance across the business.
- Setting and tracking of performance targets and supporting the prioritization of dynamic resource allocation to drive interventions.
- Identification and management of risk to ensure implementation of the control framework.
- Own the Customer Development balance sheet review with CD to ensure we accurately reflect liabilities and review monthly.
- Partnering the CD Leadership team on Joint Business planning to maximise growth ambitions.
- Partner CD in improving effectiveness of promo spend, trade terms and customer marketing spend.
- Work with the UKI Finance Excellence team on harmonised ways of working and process efficiency.
- Support the Head of Finance with leading the finance agenda in Ireland including team management, training, and governance.
