Description:
As Finance Manage, you will be responsible for the accounting, reporting and controlling, and be a proactive business partner, providing real time support and finance expertise to the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and take responsibility for the Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking.
- Manage and take responsibility for the chart of accounts.
- Manage the month end process, prepare and circulate the monthly management accounts in a timely manner.
- Work cross functionally to reduce the working capital investment, reduce costs, make process improvements and improve revenues and gross margin.
- Prepare and review actual performance against forecasts and prior year.
- Manage the annual financial audit process and take responsibility for the audited financial statements.
- Manage tax compliance and take responsibility for tax computations and filings across all tax codes.
- Manage the annual budget process and take responsibility for completing the budget process before the start of the financial year
The Person
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field of study
- Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Ideally 5 years+ experience in a Finance position supporting a high performance manufacturing or engineering business environment.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and proficient use of MS Office applications.
