Finance Manager

Description:

Candidate should be working at a senior financial accountant or financial reporting manager level who is looking to make their next step on the career ladder with the following:

• Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years PQE, experience in FMCG is necessary
• Highly motivated to join a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen as well as the ability to oversee the reporting requirements
• Ability to communicate with senior management in finance and operations

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the FD and running the day to day finance operations the, role will be very broad involving:

• Reporting - Preparation of quarterly management accounts, B/S recs, year-end accounts, liaising with auditors, and preparation of audited financial statements
• Business partnering – liaising with all the internal stakeholders
• Financial analysis, monthly projections and cashflow planning
• Modelling of commercial opportunities and understanding their financial impact
• Compliance - Ensuring financial compliance across various structures
