Our client, a beautiful hotel located in Wicklow, have a fantastic opportunity that has arisen for a Finance Manager to join their team. Salary dependent upon experience.

A Guide To The Role

• Preparation of monthly management accounts (including analysis of key variances) to strict deadlines.
• Preparation of monthly Accruals, Prepayments and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Preparation of weekly cash flow projections.
• Management of the Hotel’s Labor Management System and weekly reporting of actual vs forecast variances.
• Management of working capital - prompt collection of accounts receivable and regulation of supplier payments.
• Managing day to day banking issues and funding.
• VAT returns
