Finance Manager

We’re looking for a strategic, curious, and collaborative FP&A Manager to join Twilio’s GTM Finance team. In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated finance partner to four critical teams within our Go-to-Market organization:
 

• EMEA Sales,
• Trading,
• North America Carrier and Industry Relations,
• and Voice and US Toll Free Carrier Relations.
   

You’ll help drive financial rigor, unlock growth opportunities, and ensure we’re investing resources where they matter most. This role will lead forecasting, financial modeling, and decision support, while helping leaders across these teams understand performance and manage expenses effectively.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:
 

• Be a trusted FP&A partner to EMEA Sales, Trading, North America Carrier and Industry Relations, and Voice and US TF Carrier Relations teams
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for operating expenses (OpEx)
• Develop models to support buyout deals, track prepayments, and assess cash flow impacts
• Use financial insights to guide investment decisions and drive resource allocation
• Partner cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, margin drivers, and cost efficiencies
• Build flexible financial models to support ad-hoc analysis and scenario planning
• Help translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business partners
• Thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities
