Financial Accountant

Description:

Working within a new start up company my cleint has an opportunity for a Finacial Accountant to join them on a permanent part time basis, either 3days/week or 5 half days.

Capturing new employee information for Timepoint & Brightpay

Bi-weekly payroll/Monthly payroll

Using Timepoint clock in details calculate working hours.

Posting payroll journals to PPX & sending payslips to Berlin for payment

Tracking annual leave

Booking invoices manually & through Pos

Reconciling supplier statements

Application for credit accounts

Setting up suppliers on PPX

Raising third party invoices

Tracking bottle production for ITUT & raising monthly invoice

Monthly interco invoices for storage, sampling & recharges

Credit control

Setting up customers on PPX

Accepting PAYE returns

Submitting VAT returns & resolving any queries Revenue have

Annual 46G return

Weekly bank recs & investigate any differences

Booking FX differences to 6855

Checking correct accounts booked

Reviewing Power BI reports with GM

Making any necessary changes needed

Reviewing all monthly invoices & recharging as necessary

Recognized qualification to Degree or postgraduate level.

Qualified CCAB Accountant

A self-starter, flexible with a proactive mindset.

Excellent technical acumen
