What is the opportunity
This role presents an outstanding opportunity for you to take responsibility for the production of insightful monthly financial reporting and other key objectives including both statutory and regulatory. You will be a key player in the monthly close and year end processes and will have excellent exposure to other teams within the wider finance division!
In this role you will
Assist in the delivery of high quality monthly financial and management reports.
Have primary responsibility for the month end close for assigned business divisions, ensuring that appropriate accrual, prepayment, and reclassification journals are posted accurately and in a timely manner.
Present month end results to the Commercial Partnering team
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations ensuring that appropriate supporting documentation is in place to substantiate the final balances and provide monthly commentary on balance sheet movements
Prepare Statutory and FINREP notes in line with BOI Group governance procedures.
What will make you stand out
You have stand out knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
You thrive on delivering to tight reporting timeframes and your ability to meet exciting targets is second to none

You have an inquisitive mind with a strong appetite to understand the business
Knowledge of Sap /BCS will help you to stand out but is not necessary in order to apply for this role;
