Financial Accountant

Description:

Seeking a dynamic and proactive Financial Accountant to join their dynamic team. This role will suit an early stage qualified accountant with responsibility for monthly P&L preparation, supporting budget holders, ensuring accurate reporting, and contributing to finance transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly P&L statements and support business performance.
• Ensure timely closure of month-end processes with accurate reporting.
• Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts and assist in audit preparation.
• Analysis of financial performance.
• Assist in providing audit requests.
• Provide support to finance projects.
• Ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with 0-1 years of industry experience.
• Accounts preparation experience an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a focus on finding solutions to challenges.
• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Good It skills. Proficient in Excel
• Proven ability to meet strict reporting deadlines and work independently.
