Key Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Prepare and review of the Group’s US GAAP Consolidated Financial Statements in a multinational multi-currency environment to strict external reporting deadlines;
- Prepare and review of the Form 10-K/Form 10-Qs in compliance with United States SEC reporting requirements;
- Continuously strive to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies in the external reporting processes;
- Prepare and review of Board and Audit Committee deliverables including annual and interim results, audit deliverables and regulatory developments;
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders including year-round interaction with the Group auditors and other external specialists;
- Support newly acquired businesses with the Group’s US external reporting requirements;
- Be involved in the development and implementation of financial reporting systems across the Group;
- Be Involved in a variety of ad-hoc projects including process improvement initiatives; and
- Manage the team to assist in the delivery of responsibilities and develop team members as required.
