• 1+ years consulting or industry experience in at least one of banking, asset management, insurance or Fintech with a willingness to learn and build capability across all areas of financial services.
• Excellent attitude with appetite to learn and respond positively to feedback
• Ability to produce documents in a concise and visually appealing way through Microsoft Powerpoint
• Strong analytical skills with business and financial modelling experience
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently handle Q&A
• Ability to proactively manage upwards within an organisation and a willingness to learn and act on feedback
• Combining responsiveness with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple asks at once
• Experience in both primary (survey design, conducting stakeholder interviews, etc.) and secondary research
• Excellent supporting academics - university backgrounds in all subjects welcome
• Willingness to work on projects beyond financial services when required
