Full Stack Lead

Description:

We are currently partnered with an exciting blockchain lab enabling cutting-edge protocols in the Ethereum space actively supporting a remote-first environment. They are currently looking to expand their headcount with a Full Stack Lead.

This is a fully remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities for this Full Stack Lead Opportunity:

• Lead a team of front and full-stack developers.
• write clean and maintainable code across front and backend technologies utilizing an existing strong knowledge of blockchain and decentralized technologies.
• Understand business requirements and enable their translation into technical solutions within the web3 ecosystem.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies across web3, decentralized protocols, and blockchain standards.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years expereince in full stack development and a demonstrated knowledge of blockchain/decentralised technologies.
• proven leadership capabilities and ability to lead a team.
• Proven track record writing clean, secure code including expereince with solidity for smart contract development.
• Knowledgeable of blockchain platforms.
• Extensive expereince with modern web3 development frameworks and technologies.
• Knowledgeable of cloud computing platforms.
